1. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or receipt. What should I do?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order directly via our “Track Order” page using your order number and email address.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly to make sure you get them fast — but if you need to change your shipping address, item, or size, please email support@y2kvintagee.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, though we can’t guarantee adjustments during high-volume periods.
4. There’s an issue with my order. What should I do?

7. My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early.
